With face yoga on-line you’ll learn how to achieve internal balance, release tension and strengthen your facial muscles.

All students fill out a health form before our class, so I can teach a personal and targeted session of a combination of techniques, that will support everyone. I will not bombard you with lots of exercises & information that will overwhelm you. In my experience this is NOT the best approach, since you will get confused, forget most of it, then stop doing it. The key is, learning a few exercises that are targeted for you, and practising them daily. Only then, can you improve your confidence in what you are doing and see visible results.
Zena Kidd-May’s approach on teaching face yoga, is much more than just reducing fine-lines and focusing on how to change what you don’t like on the outside. I take a holistic, targeted and long term approach on the full application of this truly ancient and workable practise. We target specific muscles of the face, head, neck and shoulders that may be causing pain, discomfort, and stress. I also, give tips and techniques for better posture, breathing pattern, advice on best facial oils to use, I share my own journey with face yoga (I am 55yrs old), best equipment to use and other super easy self-care tips which will help contribute to living and feeling better in your body and mind.
